Four things to do before the crew arrives
- 1
Make it safe
If water is near outlets, cords, or the electrical panel, stay out of the water and turn power off at the breaker only if you can reach it from a dry spot.
- 2
Stop the water
Close the shut-off valve at the fixture or the main. In a condo, call building maintenance to isolate the line.
- 3
Take photos
Photograph the source and every wet area before you move or throw anything away.
- 4
Protect what you can
Lift furniture onto foil or blocks, roll up rugs, and move electronics and papers to a dry room.
After you call
Respond. Recover. Restore.
- 01
Respond
Stop the damage from spreading.
-
Step 1: You call, we dispatch
We answer 24/7. We walk you through shutting off the water and power to wet areas, then schedule a crew.
-
Step 2: Inspect and map moisture
Meters and thermal imaging show where the water went, including inside walls and under flooring. Starting conditions are photographed.
-
- 02
Recover
Get the water out and the structure dry.
-
Step 3: Extract standing water
Extraction removes the bulk of the water fast, which shortens drying time more than anything else.
-
Step 4: Dry and monitor daily
Air movers and dehumidifiers are set for the space. We take readings every day and adjust until materials reach the dry standard.
-
- 03
Restore
Return the property to pre-loss condition.
-
Step 5: Clean, sanitize, repair
Affected areas are cleaned and treated. Materials that could not be saved are replaced.
-
Step 6: Close out the documentation
You get the photos, moisture logs, and itemized scope your adjuster needs, so the claim is supported by records.

Emergency questions
Is someone really available at night and on weekends?
Yes. The emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, every day. Call and we will tell you when a crew can be there.
What should I not do?
Do not use a household vacuum on water, do not turn on ceiling fixtures in a wet ceiling, and do not walk through standing water near electrical outlets. Avoid running the HVAC if the water is contaminated.
Do I call my insurance company or you first?
Both, in whichever order is faster. Your policy expects you to prevent further damage, and emergency extraction and drying is exactly that. We document conditions from the start.
Don't wait. Go with the pros.
