They are professional, on time and very catering to the clients needs and time. I have used them for years with 2 different houses. They take the time to walk you through the process and spend time even after in order to make you feel comfortable. They are extremely professional and I feel safe having them in my home. We just can't say enough about Restoration USA. We had significant roof damage from Solar Panels installation which caused water and mold damage to the ceilings of two of our bedrooms. John from Restoration USA , came to our home and made us feel at ease. He explained what had to be done step by step. The next day his professional workers, Karla and Robert, immediately worked to address the damages. They made us feel that we were their top priority. They arrived in time every day. They prepared the affected areas and removed all debris and cleaned after their work. Everyday was a pleasant feeling having them working on our damage ceilings. They answered all our questions and showed us what they had done at the end of each work day. Karla and Robert were very personable hard working people. We were extremely satisfied with their work and happy that they were chosen to work on our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable with their work. I called to schedule an appointment because my tenant called me with a concern of mold in her master bathroom. Instead of taking her money, the owner spoke to me at length to determine that there was probably no need for him. Since honesty and integrity are of great importance in this world, I give this company 5 stars. Awesome!

I had a huge pipe water leak that went un-noticed for about a week until I saw the damage coming through my bathroom walls and flooring ...AHHHHH Thanks to Restoration USA I was able to call them at 11pm when I noticed it and they answered! They arrived at my house early the next morning giving me a affordable quote and had the issue resolved very quickly ! Thanks again guys.

What's worse than water damage? Looking after a property for an out of town owner and having water damage....Restoration USA was there when we needed them. My wife said it all. Restoration USA is fabulous and very professional. They work as a team. Our house went upside down during Hurricane Irma. We had just bought our house move in ready and then the Hurricane. James and his company came in and saved the day.
