About
Respond. Recover. Restore.
Restoration USA is a property restoration company for homes and businesses across South Florida, with more than 30 years of combined experience on the team.
What we do and how we do it
We handle commercial and residential emergencies: water extraction and dry-out, leak detection, mold remediation, storm and flood recovery, and fire and smoke damage. Water damage, mold, and hidden leaks make up the core of our work, and they are often connected: a leak no one saw becomes water damage, and water left too long becomes mold.
Our name for the process is the process itself. Respond right away and stop the damage from spreading. Recover the structure by extracting water and drying every material to a measured standard. Restore the property to its pre-loss condition, with a clear record of what was done.
That record matters. Accurate readings, photos, and documentation are how a homeowner, a property manager, and an adjuster all end up looking at the same facts. We keep you informed at every step, and we hand over the documentation when the job is done.

Approach
What you can expect from us
-
Dry is a number, not a feeling
We compare wet materials to unaffected ones and keep drying until they match. You see the readings every day.
-
Built for South Florida buildings
Block walls, slab floors, tile, and condo towers dry differently from the wood-frame houses most drying guides assume.
-
Records your adjuster can use
Dated photos, moisture maps, equipment logs, and an itemized scope. Claims move faster when the evidence is organized.
-
Homes, condos, and commercial
From a single AC closet overflow to multi-unit losses in a tower, with coordination for associations and property managers.
Process
How a job runs
- 01
Respond
Stop the damage from spreading.
-
Step 1: You call, we dispatch
We answer 24/7. We walk you through shutting off the water and power to wet areas, then schedule a crew.
-
Step 2: Inspect and map moisture
Meters and thermal imaging show where the water went, including inside walls and under flooring. Starting conditions are photographed.
-
- 02
Recover
Get the water out and the structure dry.
-
Step 3: Extract standing water
Extraction removes the bulk of the water fast, which shortens drying time more than anything else.
-
Step 4: Dry and monitor daily
Air movers and dehumidifiers are set for the space. We take readings every day and adjust until materials reach the dry standard.
-
- 03
Restore
Return the property to pre-loss condition.
-
Step 5: Clean, sanitize, repair
Affected areas are cleaned and treated. Materials that could not be saved are replaced.
-
Step 6: Close out the documentation
You get the photos, moisture logs, and itemized scope your adjuster needs, so the claim is supported by records.
